Mayfair is an existing apartment type building with spaces like a kids area, a fully functional gym, a party hall, a deck for viewing and a swimming pool. My responsibility here was to coordinate with the client and the senior architect on a weekly basis via presentations and drawings and get a design approved by the client. I also had to look for vendors and coordinate with them on the pricing of plants and various material required for elements like the decks and the swimming pool. Apart from that, I had to make drawings of flooring details and landscape details throughout the site which could then be sent to the site for construction.
